The location was excellent, with direct access to the Beas River—mountain on one side, river on the other, which is the best! The only downside was that the view from our executive room wasn’t great.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Highland Park, which boasts a stunning property with breathtaking views of the snow and lake. The location was perfect, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the mall road but still offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

Although the scenery surrounding the hotel was truly breathtaking, my stay was marred by some disappointing experiences, including undercooked chicken from the in-house restaurant, which left me with serious stomach issues. To make matters worse, the Royal Suite I was staying in had a leaking ceiling, which was a major letdown.

I was impressed by the hotel staff's prompt response to my queries, but my stay was somewhat hampered by the hotel's distance from the bus stand and ropeway, which was a few minutes away by bus.
