My friend and I each took a single private room; the basics were there, so the price felt appropriate. The staff were friendly, answered all our questions, and the square was just a short walk away. The shower, however, was said to take a while to heat up, and in our case it never did.

The spot is spot on, just a hop from Plaza de Chachapoyas, restaurants and bars, and it’s the place with the 3 B’s; the staff really knows how to take care of you. I’ll definitely come back. The hot tub didn’t heat up too much, but it was fine for me.

My stay at this hotel was superb—the facilities were spotless and well‑maintained, the staff consistently friendly and eager to help. The room was comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. Breakfast offered a good variety and high quality. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with excellent service. Everything was to my liking!

The location is fantastic and the breakfast with those views is amazing. The room felt a bit small, and there are a lot of stairs, which is a real issue if you’re already exhausted from tours and still have to climb more.
