The 4‑course menu in the evening was top‑class. The young service team impressed with friendliness and competence; everyone was available and motivated at all times, something we had rarely experienced before. The room in the architectural new building was modernly equipped and, at 1300 m altitude, offered a view of the Dolomites. The rooftop terrace could be used at any time and was appropriately furnished with loungers, etc.

We spent four gorgeous holiday days in Briol, a special place with spectacular mountain views; the design in the Einäugl and main house was lovely, the food on the great terrace was good, and the staff were insanely nice (thanks to Johanna, Christian and the whole team!). We’re thrilled and will come back! Everything liked.
