“Indimenticabile”

The only positive thing about the place was the cleanliness. I booked in the early afternoon, messaged the host about my arrival, and received no reply. I still went ahead, called repeatedly, and sent messages but got no feedback, so I couldn’t access the property. I contacted booking support, and after about an hour and a half from my arrival, the host finally responded and gave me the necessary instructions. I asked about the included breakfast, and the host said everything was inside the property, but in reality, aside from two Coca‑Colas and a few coffee packets, there was nothing. I reached out to booking again, but they couldn’t get in touch with the host. Feeling discouraged, I decided to relax in front of the TV, which obviously didn’t work (no signal). The next day I tried to make at least a coffee, but the machine’s oxidation discouraged me a lot.

There was no breakfast included, even though it was listed.

I paid for a B&B service but the breakfast wasn’t included; there was a kettle and a coffee machine, but no coffee or anything to eat.

“dtruttura parzialemente rinnovata cioe solo la cucina,mobili della bisnonna”

The breakfast had to be taken at a bar 300 m away, where I got a coffee and a croissant; I thought a top sheet was missing— the owner said no, but I found one under my pillow and there wasn’t another; the apartment had been renovated only for the kitchen, the bathroom and furniture still need updating; the furniture isn’t antique but old, yet I slept well and the mattress was fine.
