The service from Iván was top-class, and we loved the green space and the fact that it was located in a quiet area, making for a comfortable stay. The hot water in the shower was a plus, and the secure parking was a relief. The food, especially the roasted chicken at the restaurant, was good value for the price. However, the large pool was empty, and the bed wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it could've been.

This place was full of mice and smelled like dampness, which was pretty off-putting. The location was ugly and not well-maintained, to be honest.

The staff were friendly, which was a definite plus. However, the pool was small and not heated, and the other facilities seemed to be out of order.
