Excellent place to stay, super close to Potomac Mills Mall, having a kitchenette is a big help, I would love to stay there again. The only downside is that there is no staff who speaks Spanish.
“Nice hotrl with a wonderful staff”
The staff were very nice, but the only issue we encountered at this hotel was that their accounting system charged our cards multiple times without permission. It took more than a week to get those charges reversed, and the staff couldn't fix it manually—they had to go through their system. It was frustrating and tied up a large amount of our money for several days.
The staff were great, the hotel was nice and just right. Nothing to add.
