“Good hotel. Could be better with some minor improvements as ive mentioned but i would stay here again.”
The location was good. The room was comfortable, with excellent mattress and pillows. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Brijesh was very helpful with all my needs. The floor in my room was definitely not clean, so I had to ask for it to be cleaned immediately on arrival; that was done quickly. Rooms weren’t cleaned every day, which isn’t a problem, but I had to ask for more toilet paper and water, and it took too long to arrive. The music at the outside bar was far too loud for my liking.
“Not value for money”
The location was good, and the staff, especially the restaurant manager Mr Pramod Kumar, were humble and proactive. However, room 415 had a strong moisture smell that made my relative unable to sleep and feeling sick, and when we switched to room 311 the same problem persisted.
