“جميل كل شيء الا موظف الاستقبال في الفتره الصباحيه والمسائية”

Unfortunately, our experience with the reception team at Bosphorus Palace Hotel was disappointing. Our reservation was for 4 people, while 2 family members were staying at another hotel due to room availability. Despite having paid €2,000 in advance and providing proof of the other hotel booking, the reception repeatedly questioned us and even contacted the other hotel to verify it. Later, due to an emergency, my older brother had to leave the country, and our 12-year-old younger brother could not safely return to the other hotel alone. We contacted reception, agreed to pay the additional €100, and requested an extra bed, but no bed was provided. Then, at 2 AM, we received a call telling us that the child had to leave the room or we would be charged the amount. The reception staff were unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, especially considering we were a family. On the other hand, the restaurant and other hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the reception experience significantly affected our stay. للأسف كانت تجربتنا مع موظفي الاستقبال في Bosphorus Palace Hotel سيئة ومخيبة للآمال. كان حجزنا لـ4 أشخاص، بينما كان شخصان من العائلة يسكنان في فندق آخر بسبب عدم توفر غرفة، وقد دفعنا مسبقاً 2000 يورو وقدمنا لهم إثبات حجز الفندق الآخر، ومع ذلك تم التعامل معنا بكثرة الأسئلة والشك بطريقة police ، بل وتم الاتصال بالفندق الآخر للتأكد من الحجز. لاحقاً اضطر أخي الأكبر للعودة إلى بلاده بسبب ظرف طارئ، وكان من الصعب على أخي الأصغر، وعمره 12 سنة، العودة إلى الفندق الآخر بمفرده. تواصلنا مع الاستقبال ووافقنا على دفع 100 يورو إضافية وطلبنا سريراً إضافياً، لكن لم يتم توفير أي سرير. والأسوأ أنهم اتصلوا بنا الساعة 2 فجراً وأخبرونا أن الطفل يجب أن يغادر الغرفة وإلا سيتم احتساب المبلغ. The hotel turned out even more stunning than I had imagined. Every staff member, especially the reception manager, was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. We were welcomed with free hospitality that made our visit even more special. I asked them to celebrate my sister’s birthday, even though it was still five days away, and they went above and beyond by arranging a lovely celebration for her at no extra cost—a thoughtful, heartwarming gesture we truly appreciated. It was our last day in Istanbul, and we didn’t want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful hotel and create a memory we could cherish whenever we return. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, family, and followers. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!
