Cleanliness, location, staff and breakfast were good. I think the room doesn't match the “LUXURY” description; it's a basic room with slate flooring and old furniture. A big downside was the awkward moment when I asked for cups, plates and cutlery; the staff seemed very uncomfortable, probably because of the hotel’s policies.
