Breakfast was fantastic, the spot’s location was spot‑on, the water taxi service was top‑class, and the staff were very accommodating. Nothing else to add.

Madama Garden retreat is truly lovely; the garden itself is beautiful. We missed breakfast, but they handed us wine and snacks in the evening. Tonia arranged reservations at small local restaurants with outstanding food. The two‑bedroom apartment was perfect for the four of us traveling together. Our windows overlooked the canals, letting us see plenty of activity. The location is close enough to reach major tourist sites, though heading the other direction feels less crowded. We were there during the switch from heat to air‑conditioning, and one night the room got hot. We loved the canal views, but if noise bothers you, consider a room away from the canals.

Our overall experience at Madama Garden retreat was excellent. The room was spectacular and the staff were very accommodating. Our location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. If we return to Venice we will definitely stay here again. Nothing!

I had a great stay here - the breakfast was fantastic and the indoor garden was a lovely spot to relax after a day exploring the city. Everything was taken care of, down to the smallest detail, and I didn't have any issues during my stay.
