“I cancelled my booking and they refunded me fully”
The location was within walking distance of London University Hospital. The toilet in my room didn’t flush properly; the water kept circling in the toilet continuously. The room smelled like dirty hair grease and it seemed as if it hadn’t been opened since 1950. They didn’t have any extra rooms with a private full bathroom and I stayed at Days Inn instead. I didn’t mind the few extra minutes drive and it was well worth it. Hard to believe this place is run by nuns. They had one small towel in the bathroom and that was it.
