Comfortable and clean, the AC is cool, can watch YouTube and Netflix, the location is strategic. Near restaurants, groceries, dental clinic. Happy to have friendly and efficient staff. The fridge isn’t working well, Netflix needs updating.

I booked a stay from 1 Nov to 3 Nov, but when I arrived at the hotel on the morning of 2 Nov I couldn’t check in early. The front office told me the room wasn’t ready, even though I had paid and booked a day in advance to get in early. I wondered why the hotel policy says check‑in at 2 Pm, yet I couldn’t enter in the hot morning in Labuan. I’d have to check out on the morning of the 2nd and then re‑check in at 2 Pm, which feels unfair after already paying for an extra day.
