The spot was great right by the lake and the three bedrooms with two bathrooms were solid; the staff were very friendly. On the downside the lodge was dirty, covered in huge spider webs everywhere, the furnishings were heavily worn and some were broken, the fridge smelled awful and the scented sticks didn’t help; a thorough cleaning before the season would have been nice. The neighboring houses looked much better and better maintained. The house itself is unfortunately in poor condition.

The facilities and leisure passes were excellent, the lodge was well located, and the rooms were spacious, lovely and clean.

The location was beautiful and the accommodation was spacious, but the caravan needed a bit of TLC and repairs.

The park was absolutely fabulous with loads of activities, the clubhouse had every family facility, the play area and pool were fantastic and our seven‑year‑old was very impressed; the staff were helpful, polite and always smiling, which is rare these days, and they seemed to enjoy their jobs. We arrived dark and had trouble finding the caravan, but the friendly security guard in the clubhouse pointed us in the right direction.
