The room with a terrace was nice, close to the ZOO, with a large parking lot and pleasant staff. The shading was good and the ambient lighting was nice. The price was good. The pillows were uncomfortable, Wi‑Fi only worked when the TV was on (a point), and there was a smell of fried food in the hallway near the restaurant.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times; it offers very good rest conditions, interesting room layouts with balconies or terraces, and is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good (4/5), but paying 14 € per person is excessive, especially since the restaurant’s facilities are modest.

It was my second visit and the expectations were again met. The hotel is in a great location, next to the Zoo and Hala Stulecia, and close to public transport, which is excellent in Wrocław. The room was clean, stocked with necessary items and equipment, and the staff were smiling as usual. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
