While the staff at this hotel was pleasant and the rooms were clean, my experience was marred by a significant oversight. When I booked, I specifically requested first-floor rooms due to mobility concerns, but was given rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors instead. To make matters worse, the elevators had been out of order for months, forcing me to carry my 14-year-old chocolate lab up and down the stairs.

My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't accept cash, which was a surprise given that I had made a cash payment. To make matters worse, the front desk staff failed to cancel my reservation, resulting in an unauthorized charge to my debit card. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

“It worked, but I won’t stay at this “Hilton” chain, again”

I recently stayed at a hotel that had some mixed impressions. The cleanliness of the bed, sheets, and coverlet was impressive, and the staff were friendly and courteous. However, the room lacked a microwave, which seemed like an odd oversight. To make matters worse, I encountered two different men outside the hotel who offered to help with my bags, but their intentions seemed questionable. The carpet in my room also appeared to be dirty, which further detracted from my experience.

“Poor service from the hotel and”

I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was a water leak in our room and we wouldn't be able to stay there. However, the hotel staff refused to match the original price and find us a suitable alternative, instead offering us two rooms at an additional cost of $179. To make matters worse, they failed to provide a confirmation cancellation, which I had specifically requested to avoid being charged for the room or a cancellation fee.
