The facilities are spacious and modern, and the breakfast and other restaurant meals are excellent. The staff (Bernardo, Chirty, Faustina, Yunus at reception; Antonio, Jaime, Nelson, Saul at the restaurant; the Verónicas from housekeeping and all the others whose names I didn’t mention), led by the competent Cíntia, are very friendly and helpful. The gym equipment for aerobic training (treadmill, bike, elliptical) was not working.

Most of the staff are friendly, the decor is good, the facilities work well, the view is nice, and the food is tasty. The Wi‑Fi is terrible, and there is a reception guy who seems to think we owe him something. The gym is clean but all electrical equipment is not working or has no power.
