“Will NEVER come to this hotel again and will (HAVE) let everyone know how horrible my experience was”

One front‑desk staff member was very helpful, and the assistant manager apologized at checkout. The first night, I booked this room specifically for the hot tub and breakfast, but the pool had no jets and the area felt shabby. The next morning, breakfast was a joke. The worst part was the last night: after struggling to connect to Wi‑Fi on the first day, a desk agent came to my room and entered the password for the private network. I tried using my laptop for a lot of work and explained this to the bearded agent, but it didn’t work and he was extremely unprofessional, even threatening to have me thrown out when I said there was no reason to be rude. I then found mold on the ceiling, a clearly broken vehicle, and general disrepair of the building, all scummy (pictures attached). It was an absolute horrible stay and a bad representation of your hotel chain, supposedly rated three stars—whoever paid for that false representation? I will never stay at one of your places again.
