The hotel had all the amenities I expected, a big pool and a very comfortable kids’ area. But when I checked out, the staff demanded payment for two empty water bottles that I had never used. I took the bottles home and when I got back, one was still empty and the other had been opened – a trivial expense that ruined my whole trip.

Breakfast was tasty, the location was convenient, but the grounds were not very clean and the bathrooms didn’t have a deodorizer; the old toilet fixtures were still in use. The room itself smelled nice, yet the private beach area was also dirty. The place needs to upgrade its bathroom ventilation and overall cleanliness.

The service staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The beach, however, had a lot of rubbish.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant team was helpful. The only downside was that the beach was littered with trash.
