I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this place managed to mislead so many people on bookings.com. The reality is, they're not what they claim to be. I was expecting a certain level of service, but what I got was a property that couldn't even be bothered to clean my room or change my towels. The social media photos were completely misleading, and the lack of a swimming pool, in-suite, and reliable Wi-Fi was a major letdown.

To be honest, there was nothing to like about this place. The property completely misrepresented itself, and I ended up feeling ripped off. The photos on social media were fake, and the amenities they claimed to have were nowhere to be found. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but it was a total disaster.

I was really impressed with the location of this place - it was perfect for my needs. The staff were also super friendly, especially Julius, who went out of his way to help me. However, the lack of private access to my room was a bit of a hassle, and I had to call the staff every time I wanted to come and go. It would have been great to have a bit more independence.
