“The food experience is great and it’s a small quite place”
The food is amazing; it’s a simple place. They stopped having breakfast, now it’s just a few things.

The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly! The food and the cocktails were great. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly. The only problem was that the only way up was stairs, there are three floors, and carrying heavy luggage is uncomfortable, plus there was no TV and the mattresses were dirty.

The room was spacious with a large bed and a very good mattress. The small hotel is away from the crowds, 10 minutes by car from Tulum Pueblo. Towels, a pool, free kayaks, and snorkeling gear are available. We were there in the low season, so the pool (small) was usually just for us, which was blissful. The staff were friendly and helpful with tips and organizing trips. The abundance of seaweed… something the operators can’t do much about… but it’s still annoying (view and smell) and changed our perception of the Caribbean sea. There’s a pier that lets you go further into the water, but during our stay the water looked unclean. We couldn’t get into the sea, so we sought cooling in a cenote (Cenote Casa) within walking distance (5 minutes). In a season without seaweed it should be idyllic. Tulum itself has cool hip restaurants (look them up because they’re not all in the same area) but otherwise I don’t find Tulum worth it… overhyped on social media. A small drawback of the hotel: the breakfast was a bit plain. Yogurt, fruit, toast bread, hard‑boiled egg, a slice of cheese and ham. We couldn’t get an omelet or scrambled eggs. No sweet rolls either; more variety would be positive, but for 3 days it was still okay. Maybe it was due to low occupancy at the hotel.
