The price was very low, but in the morning the hotel emailed us that we could store our bikes in a garage, only to find when we arrived that there was no space and we had to leave them outside (after the staff left, we slipped them into the hall). The owner only spoke German or refused to speak any other language (“In Germany we speak German”), so the welcome was quite disconcerting. Avoid if you’re a cyclist or a foreigner.

The place was centrally located and quiet for my needs, the reception and service were friendly, the rustic farmhouse décor was a bit dated, and there was good parking with a free private lot.

Breakfast was optional and bookable, the location was quiet on a village main street, and there were only a few restaurants and shops nearby. It was inconvenient for travelers without a car or bike (the nearest train station was a longer distance) and also a fair distance from Fürstenfeldbruck center.

I found the place clean and the owner very friendly, though the bathroom felt a little dated.
