The window was not closed. The bell and lights for calling the staff were not working. There was a foul smell in the bathroom. The toilet seat was not properly secured and kept shifting. There were rats and cockroaches in the room. The staff at the reception stated that the hotel is not registered as a 3-star establishment. We checked out of the room at midnight.
