The majority of the staff—Lanie, Alexis, Tori—were great, and Rebecca followed up respectfully. However, Haley should be reprimanded and trained on front‑desk etiquette; her rudeness and abrupt hang‑ups could get her fired, and she didn’t read the notes typed into the reservation system. We were not offered a lower rate for booking a king suite with a jacuzzi or a larger room, yet we ended up with a larger room that had a faulty jacuzzi—its handle came off. The AC leaked onto the floor, which felt soft and creaky near the unit. Future guests staying in room 327 on the third floor should be aware of these issues.
I enjoyed the breakfast, the room’s location, and the staff’s respectful attitude.
