The place was clean and quite comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no prior notice that the kitchen was under renovation, so we had trouble and even had no glasses. The service was very bad; the guard was unfriendly and didn’t want to be bothered, giving the impression of a lack of response.

None. Out of the 9 rooms we rented, 4 on the upper floors were unusable. The TV was broken, there was no hot water for drinks, and the kitchen was also missing.

Lokasinya tenang, terasa nyaman. Tidak sesuai dengan apa yang saya pesan, lalu dipaksa untuk pesan 1 kamar lagi. Saya dengar krna harga kamar yg saya dpt terlalu murah

The location is quiet because it’s tucked in a corridor, so there’s not much disturbance. Initially I booked a single room that could still accommodate a family, but at check‑in they said it was sold out and I had to book a second room. I heard another reason was that the price I got was too cheap, which is weird coming from the app. Since the family was already exhausted, we had no choice but to add another room. And for the nightly price that amount, it was really not worth it.
