I had a fantastic stay in Hue at a price that’s unbeatable. The hotel’s location is right next to the imperial city yet it’s quiet. From the moment we arrived early from the train, Tu Vi was wonderful—she held our luggage while we explored and even let us swim in the pool before check‑in on an exceptionally hot day. Breakfast was also fantastic.

The hotel is very well situated next to the imperial city and it’s very quiet. Among all the hotels we stayed at during our three‑week vacation in Vietnam, this one was certainly the least enjoyable; the room was quite small, lacked light, and the entrance door was a bit ajar. Even though the hotel isn’t a big deal, we had a lot of ants in the bathroom and in the room, which was a bit problematic for us, even though they told us it was harmless. We even had ants in the bed.

The staff were friendly, and late‑night check‑in was fine; even on a late morning we were still served breakfast and given travel tips. The room wasn’t well insulated against noise, and it seemed they couldn’t improve that. The price is relatively cheap, so it’s a good option when you have to stay for a short, urgent trip.

We had a very nice, cozy rooftop terrace. The family room was fine in size for two adults and two teenagers for two nights. The location is okay for visiting the Imperial City, though a bit away from the new town and nightlife. The pool was very relaxing after sightseeing. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The hotel’s atmosphere is really great. It’s located in a small alley behind the imperial city, so it’s super quiet. The pool between the buildings keeps you in the shade. Our son celebrated his birthday there and got a cake! A big thank you to Vi for that and all her little touches. The stay went very well. Our family recommends it. The breakfast was also excellent.
