The shampoo and body wash were decent, and the towels were fairly clean, yet the walls were moldy or peeling paint, the AC leaked water, there were no usable outlets, a smoky smell drifted out at night, the soundproofing was poor, Wi‑Fi was unusable, the hostel felt very old‑fashioned, and the online booking forced me to pay cash—who still carries that much cash today?
Our child accidentally knocked over the hotel’s bottled water; I felt we were being scammed.

The location is great—just a one‑minute walk to a convenience store, within ten minutes to Aimai, and surrounded by many restaurants. The hotel is a bit old but still quite clean, the staff are friendly, pets are welcome at no extra charge, and overall the value for money is high.
