The hotel was hyper‑well‑located and very calm at the same time. The rooftop pool was perfect. The room was a bit damp despite the AC. The staff were present to assist us and even changed our room free of charge. The décor was a bit too standard and the hotel entrance was either through the parking or through the restaurant.

The hotel’s location is perfect, on Malioboro street but without nighttime noise. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the train station. The rooms have everything you need, are spacious and clean. There’s a minibar with free snacks that are replenished daily and mineral water available at several fountains in the hallways. Toothbrush sets, slippers, and shower caps are provided. The staff are charming, always smiling and try to help with everything. I spent my birthday there and the staff brought me a slice of cake to my room with a congratulatory note. I had some problems due to lost connection in Jakarta and missed a night at the hotel. My reservation was non‑cancellable and they couldn’t refund me, but I asked for compensation and they offered a free breakfast on my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely stay there again if I return to Yogyakarta. The only complaint is that the shower water only comes from above, so it’s not girl‑friendly. They provide shower caps.

The hotel staff are nice, the room is spotless, and breakfast options are amazing, plus it’s right next to the Malioboro mall for easy shopping; the only downside is the narrow street for cars, so driving isn’t recommended.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is near the mall and lots of shops nearby. The toilet was musty and had a strong mouldy smell. The floor and walls felt slimy, which made it seem like the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The tray where the glasses were placed in the toilet was also dirty and mouldy, which was quite unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing and definitely needs more attention from the housekeeping team

Camera ampia e colazione varia; l’ingresso è difficile da individuare, la piscina e il pool bar sono poco mantenuti e il ristorante non è particolarmente buono, ma nel complesso è un buon hotel 3 stelle ma mediocre 4 stelle.
