The staff, like in all hotels, are very friendly and helpful, but the room feels a bit run‑down, the bathroom is unbearably hot, and the cleaning could improve a lot.
“Great location. Not so great overall.”
The location is great, just a minute’s walk from Turtle Beach and a 5‑minute walk from Coconut Tree Hill; there’s a superstore right next to the property, also run by the owners, which is super convenient, and the owners have two cute little doggies. The communication with staff was not very easy; sometimes we couldn’t find them when we needed to talk. The swimming pool was not properly maintained—the water wasn’t clean at all, and I had to skim the surface myself before entering because no staff member was available to help. The room was not spacious enough for three people.
The reception staff were smiling and the location was on the road and only 3 minutes from the sea; breakfast was sufficient. However, the pool was quite neglected, the hotel clearly needs major renovations, the walls were moldy and rooms smelled damp, the bathroom had no shampoo or shower gel, used soaps were still left in the bathroom, the sheets had stains, and there were spider webs in the room.
