Ubicación buena. Faltan detalles como agua de cortesía y kit en el lavabo como en la mayoría de hoteles de 4 estrellas. El aire acondicionado va directamente a la cama, si lo apagas hace demasiado calor y si lo enciendes te pega directo. El colchón no es confortable

The only good point in regard to my stay is the location, room size and the work the room service does. But other than that the overall experience was poor. See negatives. This supposed to be 4* hotel. and that how it was priced but the relation price to quality is very poor. - first room with cockroaches (same for my friend's room), very bad looking with a lot of damages, scratches dents etc. - second room after change: non-working A/C because: savings (what I heard from staff) - at the day sauna!, still very not refurbished. - no coffee available free of charge for the room - c'mon 4* and 190EUR per night and even no instant coffee. - price: extremely high for the quality - gym: small and also with old equipment

Saviours and good location. We had to move to another room due a horrible smell. They changed our room 3 times
