The location was great. The hotel could use an update; the mattresses were old and had no covers, the room felt like my own bedroom. A good mattress with a cover and decent pillows would fix that. The bathroom lighting was weak and the light over the mirror didn’t work; a different shower screen might help. Replacing the key with a card would also be wise, because the key could open both the front door and the room door, which is a security concern.

The room and bathroom are spacious, the location is good and quiet, and the staff go the extra mile despite being short on staff. The breakfast times are outdated (breakfast starts at 8:00 am on weekends, and check‑in can be later than 14:30), but the breakfast itself is fine.

Breakfast was great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful; they gave me a lunchbox instead of breakfast because I had to leave early, and the dog was welcome. There was a little street noise, but it didn’t disturb me at night.
