Breakfast was good and the location convenient, yet the elevator should have been working. Walking up to the fourth floor was too much for someone 70 years old; the staff offered to help with our luggage, but I still needed assistance walking 😊, so please fix your elevator quickly.

The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were great, but the elevator was broken, forcing us to climb four flights of stairs.

When we got there, the staff told us they couldn’t give us a handicap room, and all the rooms that were still available were on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was broken.

The place was clean, but the elevator had been out of service for about 6 weeks, so our room on the third floor meant I had to climb three flights of stairs while recovering from ankle surgery; no discount was offered, only points for members.

Close to Interstate, but there isn’t enough parking.
