“Impeccabile”
I was truly satisfied; the staff were fantastic, especially Ayman and Marina who were my points of reference. There was a wide variety of food served at the buffet every day, and the events were always different during the week. The beach was close with a pier that leads directly to the coral reef, from which tours to the island opposite depart, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
Very clean, the water park is wonderful and runs until 23:00 on two days of the week. Thanks to manager Marina and the clerk who left a wonderful surprise every day ❤️ whatever I write will be too little. We would gladly be your guests again ❤️❤️❤️. It would be great if the beach party were included with the nights so we don’t have to hide the beautiful view of the beach with a curtain.
The water park was fantastic, offering loads of fun both during the day and at night, making it one of the biggest highlights of our visit. The service was also very good, especially Marina from Guest Relations who was extremely kind and helpful, ensuring everything we needed and wanted was taken care of and making our stay more comfortable. The beach itself wasn’t sandy, and to reach the sea you have to walk quite a long way across a bridge before you can get into the water, which was inconvenient for us with little kids who just want to play and easily get into the sea.

It was really amazing; Marina from guest relations was so helpful and always smiling! Amr Mohamed from the main restaurant was the best, making our stay and food experiences very comfortable. We also thank Gerges from the beach snacks & Italian Restaurant for his services, Abanoub for his great hospitality in the Indian à la carte, and Martin for his excellent service at the Cairo Nights restaurant. Our stay was EXTREMELY pleasant; this is our third time coming, which already shows our satisfaction, but this time it was outstanding, 10/10 service, food, and definitely the staff smiles were amazing. Thank you Stella Beach team, see you soon!
The hotel… excellent service… excellent cleanliness… excellent staff… above excellent, especially M. Mina at the reception, very helpful… The most important thing is that you’re really happy and have a special experience with them; honestly, we’re very excited… and we’ll definitely come back again, God willing.
