The service and accessibility were excellent: someone was always there and responded quickly via WhatsApp. The breakfast with bánh mì was incredibly tasty. The laundry service was great for a reasonable price; the clothes smelled fresh and were hung outside to dry. Towels were clean and fresh toilet paper was available on request. The rooms were a bit small, which is expected for a tiny homestay. There was no mid‑night housekeeping, and the location offered few facilities—no bar or drinks to buy. The homestay is outside the city center, so you really need a scooter or motorbike to get around.

6部屋位のこじんまりとしたゲストハウスで、お庭もあり、とても落ち着く環境でした。 オーナーのlieuさんは驚く程親切で、笑顔の素敵な方でした。見た目は少し怖そうだけど人懐こくて可愛い犬もいます。（犬の名前忘れてしまいました😅） バックハーに初めて来て、その前の滞在場所がダナンやサパの便利な所だったので、最初は周りに何もない事に戸惑いましたが、lieuさんはバイクを貸してくれたり、近くのレストランを教えてくれたり親身になって下さって、1泊した後はすぐに慣れて、ここを選んで良かったと思いました。 街の中心部から宿までの道は、とてもわかりやすかったですが、所々ボコボコ道でバイクに普段乗らない私には少し怖かったので暗くなる前には帰る様にしてました。 その点でロケーションをマイナス１にしましたが、とてものどかで素敵な場所だと思います。

Excellent lodging, rooms were very comfortable, the host was lovely, we absolutely enjoyed it.

The hotel sits nicely in a rural setting; the room was clean, bright, and the bedding comfortable; the welcome was very warm and the staff attentive; I would recommend this place.

Liu was super professional, helpful and competent; she greeted us with a smile, offered tips on local events and activities, and even helped us arrange transport back to Lao Cai on Sunday. We wish there were mosquito nets in the rooms because there were quite a few mosquitoes, and the motorbike we rented from the hotel had no brakes at all.
