“Great facilities, friendly staff, great location, great price.”
New, clean building, friendly and hospitable staff, amazing rates for everything they provided. I went to college 20 years ago and this is infinitely better than anything back then. Very nice to have such a nice place to stay so close to the university.

It was well maintained, staff was wonderful. Good breakfast. Clean!. TVs are a tad outdated but the view and everything else makes up for it!

The breakfast food was good enough, and the presentation setup was lovely. However, there was far too little seating for the number of people, making it very crowded, and the cut‑off time of 9 AM was too early. The room was very clean and appreciated, sheets fresh and comfortable. The coffee/tea station had a lovely selection, but it was positioned in a high‑traffic area, causing people to crowd and wait in a congested space with elevators immediately behind us; access was only one person at a time. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom had many shortcomings: the shower lacked a flexible sprayer, the enclosure was half open letting water spill onto the floor outside, the shower floor was extremely slippery, and there was no vent fan in the bathroom.

I paid for my reservation through Booking but she wanted to charge again, and I spent 30 minutes making her understand—frustrating after a 10‑hour workday to encounter such a person at reception.
