The center of Georgetown is nice and not too busy; the room is well lit and check‑in was easy. The toilet is ventilated thanks to the window, but the water hose isn’t fixed, the flush doesn’t work well, the plug point in my room isn’t compatible with the hairdryer, and for a single room with a shared bathroom there’s no hair dryer.

The location is perfect, right between historic George Town and modern Gurney; the area is quiet, the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional, check‑in is self‑service, and the kitchen, washing machine, and water machine are accessible. Hot showers have good pressure, the room is modern, comfortable, has a wardrobe and good sockets. The pillows feel a bit too big for me; the tiled floors make sound bounce more than carpets would; the bathrooms are a bit unclean; the bidets have poor water pressure; and there are no soft lights in the room for bedtime.
