The hotel is in a great spot right in the heart of Mülheim. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and nice. The underground parking with direct access to the hotel is perfect. We booked six rooms for twelve people but were offered a bike room that only fit two bikes. The situation with the two elevators – only one goes to the underground parking – is unbearable. Unfortunately, housekeeping and towel changes only happen on request.

It’s centrally located, very clean, good breakfast and very friendly staff, but for some people the pillows could be thicker.
The staff were very friendly and the hotel sits centrally in town. The room was small but tidy and cozy. The buffet breakfast was extensive, though the same options appeared every day. The underground parking had spots for cars (extra cost) and a locked room for our e‑bikes. Our window faced the pedestrian zone, and because of the noise and the smells from the nearby snack bar we couldn’t open it, but there was an air‑conditioner. The e‑bike storage was secure, yet we always had to ask a front‑desk staff member to unlock it to take our bikes in and out, which was a bit cumbersome. Still, the staff were always very nice!
