I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong at this hotel - everything was just a disaster from start to finish. The room was tiny, but at least it was clean, which was a small mercy in an otherwise chaotic experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed and underprepared, and the whole place just felt like it was falling apart. I guess the only good thing I can say is that the location was pretty central, but even that wasn't enough to make up for the mess I was in.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the pricing strategy at this hotel. They advertise a rate of 700 rupees online, but when you arrive, they hit you with an additional 2000 rupees if you're a couple - supposedly because you need to file a police report. It's a pretty dodgy tactic, and one that left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I paid up and checked out as quickly as possible, only to book a different hotel nearby.
