“I will never stay here again. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

The place was nicely located, but it was extremely hot, the AC didn’t work, and nobody could help us move to a new room.

The staff were very nice and the room was clean, giving me a perfect 10/10 experience.

“The staff was ok and they change the room!”

The building feels old and dirty; a full remodel is desperately needed. I found a sock right next to the nightstand and there was a lot of mold on the air ventilation.

“Overall, the stay was okay.”

The rooms were satisfactory, but the bathroom was not. I requested rooms to be adjacent, but they were not able to accommodate this request on the first night. They promised to do so the next day, but instead, they arranged rooms on the same floor. They did fulfill this request, but I had previously requested that the rooms be adjacent due to my travel companion being a senior citizen. They failed to respond to my message regarding this request. As a result, I received compensation in the form of complimentary parking, which is acceptable. However, my original request was not fulfilled, and I am not pleased with this outcome. Despite this, the property was overall satisfactory. The pillow, mattress, and breakfast options were not satisfactory

“You could see the hotel was old and the up keep was falling behind. The was not the hotel I stay at 5 years ago. The who”

The front desk staff were friendly, but the shower had peeling paint, no fan in the bathroom, the faucet handle was dirty around the base, and the air conditioner didn't work when we arrived.
