The hotel was very comfortable with good service, but that's about it - didn't have any other notable experiences one way or the other.
“Ok, but I wish I’d used a different hotel I’d previously stayed in!”
Had a mixed stay here - breakfast was great and the restaurant meal was okay, plus they provided free water on every floor. However, I was really disappointed to find out the advertised airport shuttle only picks up from the airport, not drops off, which was a deal-breaker for me since that's my top priority when booking. The room had some issues too - a loose piece of plywood near the bed hurt my foot, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the room itself smelled mouldy.

The hotel's location near the shopping centre was convenient, but that's about where the positives end for me - the WiFi kept cutting out, the towels didn't seem very clean, some rooms don't have outside windows, and our room looked like it had seen better days. Not ideal for business trips.
The hotel was super clean, which was great, but we had a weird experience with security - someone came to our door and just let herself in without asking, claiming she was there to give a massage, but had apparently gotten the room wrong.
