The location, scenery, and the man‑made private lake were awesome, but housekeeping needs improvement; especially the room‑service clearance is a serious issue—dishes were left in corridors for the whole day. Although checkout is listed as 11 am, the reception staff began calling to insist on leaving by 10 am, citing early check‑ins by the next guests.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which was just a 30-minute drive from the Paonta Sahib Gurdwara. However, I felt that the staff could have done a better job in maintaining the property's overall condition. The hotel's proximity to the gurudwara made it an ideal choice for me, but I was slightly disappointed with the upkeep of the hotel itself. Overall, the location was a major plus, but the staff's lack of attention to detail was a minor letdown.

The hotel's picturesque location, overlooking a beautiful pool, was truly stunning. However, my stay was marred by a few technical issues, including a faulty credit card reader that caused a 30-minute delay in my checkout process. To make matters worse, the printer broke down, and I had to wait for a digital receipt, which was sent to me after checkout. The entire process took around an hour, and I had to reschedule my meeting with the staff, which was a bit inconvenient.
