The stay was overall great; they sent us timely instructions for entry, the room was spacious, pretty, and clean, the bathroom was roomy with a large shower, and the staff named Wass was quick and attentive throughout. The only downside was the TV, which was very small and only offered English or Italian options—no way to switch languages, but that's normal in Rome, including at the airport.

Not far from the Colosseum, a bus stop, and shops, the reception had a water supply, the main room had plenty of space, it was easy to get to by taxi, and it was quiet except for one night. The room had a moldy smell whenever we returned, ants were present, the toothbrush holder was full of gunk, the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and we could have used a towel change and coffee replenishment; we heard noise one night but couldn’t see the source from the windows.
