The place is fantastic—great spot, spotless room, and the staff were wonderful. The downstairs restaurant was delicious and popular, so I’d definitely recommend it. The only caveat is the stairs, which could be an issue for those with mobility problems, but the staff offered to carry luggage, so it’s usually not a problem.

The location was good. We never got our room or had the towels changed, and the check‑in person wasn’t very friendly.

The location is probably the most convenient in Bellagio. However, there were many steps to reach the property and the room (the building has no lift), and the windows offered no view.

We loved everything about our stay in Bellagio! We had breakfast at a café near the ferry, and the rooms were nice; we needed two rooms for our family. The restaurant below the rooms was great. We wish we could have checked in earlier, but they had an “off” time that we understood. You do have to take stairs to get to the rooms, but we didn’t mind that.
