“Totally worth the money, one of the best places to stay!”

I was thrilled by the spot—just two steps from the main mall and only 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel felt like the cleanest place I've stayed in Moldova; every room was spotless, especially the bed and bathroom. The staff at reception really stood out: the guy on the evening shift and the girl in the morning were both friendly, cheerful, and happy to help, even carrying my luggage. The only slight downside was the hotel’s age and its distinctive design, which might not suit everyone. A security guard’s odd, unrelated chatter made us feel a bit uneasy.

“Много преимуществ. В целом хорошо.”

The location was great, close to a shopping center with a large food court, public transport stops, and a beautiful park with lakes. The hotel itself is small but has an ornate design with crystal and mirrors. It’s quiet and peaceful, parking is free, and they provide robes and slippers. The breakfast is among the best in Chișinău, with many dishes prepared in the morning, though it feels a bit more modest now. The cleaning was good. However, the staff weren’t always friendly or attentive—maybe they were students. It’s hard to figure out the room classes, and I expected a larger room for the price, which felt expensive. Breakfast starts at 8, which is late if you have something at 9 in town and you miss it.

“מאכזבת מאוד”

The location and cleanliness were fine. I booked a business room that listed a balcony on the site and paid a lot for it. When I arrived, they told me there was no balcony because I hadn’t mentioned it in my requests. I explained several times that it was shown on the website and showed them the selection page, yet they wouldn’t give me a different answer. I shouldn’t have to ask for a room I ordered (business with balcony). You can see it on the site if you open it. I’m disappointed; the room I got was cramped next to the reception, constantly noisy. I’ve been a customer for over a decade, and this is the first time I’ve been so let down. I also paid a high price and got nothing in return, plus the room listed on the site is 27 m² while the one I received is barely 15 m².

Останавливались на одну ночь 06.09. перед вылетом. Расположение удачное, до аэропорта на такси доехали минут за 10, рядом торговый центр МолдоваМолл. Персонал, нас принимала Наталья, очень мило пообшались, все что нас интересовало, ответы мы получили, попросили позвонить нам в номер в два часа, если нужно вызвать такси, тоже помогут. В стоимость номера входит завтрак, но мы выселялись в три часа, думала он нам не "светит", но нам любезно предложили взять с собой, приятно. Про номер, фото реальные, номер поражает внутренним, шикардосным убранством, никогда не видела "мягкий шкаф" здесь он есть, дверцы у него оббиты бархатом в гармонии со спинкой кровати, матрас был ультраудобным, тихо, отдохнули перед полетом! Так как я эстет по восприятию, мне нужна картинка, я ее получила в полном объеме, зеркало в пол, картины, стильная мебель, да что там, даже номер комнаты в стразиках))) Вау! А само здание, это отдельный рассказ, не поинтересовалась кто придумал дизайн, но это круто, неординарно однозначно! Картинная галерея для общего созерцания!. Жалею что не приехала на более продолжительное время!
