The staff was very friendly and helpful, the receptionist was great too; I loved the place, the pools, food, etc., but the housekeeping services weren't up to par—some tasks were not done and others were done inadequately.

Absolutely disgusting. Apparently "themepark" means people sit in every corner, making noise and getting drunk. We left immediately because we actually felt fearful staying there.

The music played all night—that’s the only downside. Everything else in the facility was good. The loud noise after midnight was annoying.

I liked the open space and how clean it was. The staff’s treatment felt unfair; they explained the rules at check‑out and then demanded an extra R400 because my friend vomited on the sheets, a rule I wasn’t aware of. They also emailed that check‑in is at 14:00 and check‑out at 11:00, yet on the day of departure the cleaner told us we had to leave around 10:00 because they needed to clean.
