The staff were always polite and worked hard to help. I wish there had been a concierge, though the reception staff did a lot for me.

The staff and location are perfect. Gaga and her team at reception go above and beyond. The pool area feels a bit cramped, so we couldn't use it, which was a shame because it looks lovely.
