The welcome drink was unlimited. I used the lounge for the first time – the local sweet potato shochu and local tea were both tasty and balanced. The ice container was missing from the room, and when I asked at the front desk there was only one person, so they told me to come pick it up. The setup and placement were wrong – the first‑floor water feature looked like a waterfall and smelled moldy! The moment I entered through the automatic door, the smell hit me. Maybe the staff didn’t notice because they weren’t around. The scent left a bad impression, so it needs improvement.

There was plenty of time for soaking in the hot springs. Parking requires an extra fee.
