The place was clean, organized, and right in the heart of the city—just a block from a supermarket, a couple of blocks from the cathedral, and close to the bus terminal and La Gaitana monument. The owner and the team went above and beyond: they fixed a booking mix‑up, upgraded us to an AC room, arranged taxis for us, and even drove us to the terminal once. Free coffee was a nice touch that made the stay feel extra welcoming.
