The room was comfy and I liked having a balcony. The hotel’s location and surrounding area were great. The outdoor pool was quite cold, which is understandable given its size, but it added to the overall space. The weekend buffet was TERRIBLE. We were a couple, paid €24 each for about four starters—mostly supermarket‑style mini fritters—one of which was Aldi pork bread split in halves. Only three main dishes were offered, including a vegetarian option, and they were mediocre: a bland cod with cream and a cold, soggy duck‑and‑turkey rice that tasted like school cafeteria food. I didn’t even try the two desserts because I was already disappointed with how weak the buffet was compared to the hotel’s description. Honestly, I’d have preferred the restaurant to stay closed at night; that buffet was a disgrace compared to the excellent breakfast. Reception was a mess during check‑in and check‑out, especially the check‑out handled by a gentleman who didn’t even say “Good morning” and mis‑spelled my name until I corrected him, then replied “that works too.” He was always chatting with a colleague and nobody asked us anything about our stay, even though I’d gladly point out improvements. After all that, my tone changed a lot. The spa area is nice, but the indoor pool is a bit cold, and overall the wellness space is hard to relax in because many kids come in, play, run, sing, and make noise. Since the outdoor pool was so chilly, I understand why parents bring their kids inside for the warmer indoor pool, and I’ll leave that as is.

The indoor pool was good, the bed was fine, the dinner and breakfast were decent, and the service was satisfactory. The bathroom had a broken trash can, the shower was broken, and the water pressure was very weak when showering. The air conditioning was too weak to cool the room properly.

We really appreciated the friendliness and willingness of the staff, the cleanliness and organization of the entire hotel, and the spa and pool facilities. The room was spacious, had a pleasant balcony, and a huge, very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Breakfast offered a good variety, and overall the stay was very pleasant. The free parking is a plus, but it seemed there were not enough spots for the hotel’s capacity. We also had some trouble at check‑in because the entry machine was broken. At night we heard some noises around 11 pm/12 am that we couldn’t identify, which made it a bit hard to fall asleep. Finally, we expected the room to match the photos linked to the romantic package, so we were a bit disappointed on that front.

A localização é ótima. Todo o espaço circundante e espaço interior revelam um cuidado, limpeza e elegância muitíssimo agradável. O pequeno almoço é bom, dentro do normal para o género, mas podia ter mais opções de fruta, por exemplo. De resto os espaços são bem pensados e cuidados. A dimensão e articulação de espaços está bem conseguida, consegue ter espaços acessíveis e com trajetos simples (sem labirintos confusos entre quartos e zonas de estar). A zona exterior é bastante interessante. As piscinas têm uma boa dimensão. Os funcionários são amistosos e colaborantes. O ambiente é tranquilo. Alguns aspetos foram menos positivos, mas não deixou de ser uma boa estadia. O jacuzzi não funciona e notamos a água da piscina interior um pouco fria. Outros hóspedes notaram o mesmo. No entanto, temos consciência de que existem recomendações de sustentabilidade que podem influenciar. Ainda assim, a água morna deixou-nos um pouco decepcionados. A sauna e banho turco têm de ser requisitados, caso contrário encontram-se desligados. O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade de fruta (apenas 2 opções de fruta pareceu-nos escasso para a qualidade geral do hotel). Deixo apenas uma pequena observação que é quase irrelevante, mas para um hotel com uma zona exterior tão generosa, tão natural, com horta e animais, ou seja, tão conectada com a natureza, ter plantas de plástico nos espaços interiores, especialmente nas mesas de pequeno almoço, pareceu-me um pouco incoerente e triste. Percebo que seja muito mais fácil de manter, mas o espaço tinha muito mais a ganhar com plantas verdadeiras. É apenas uma observação. No geral, o hotel é bastante bom
