The facilities were very spacious. At night there was no security. I left and was turned away; I was trying to check in from 3:00 am to 5:00 am and they didn’t open the doors. I had to find accommodation at that hour. It was poorly organized and disrespectful.
The staff’s attention was excellent, the place is immaculate and quiet – 10/10.

The structure is excellent – it’s a pity I only had one reservation – I could have enjoyed it more. The breakfast could be improved.
It’s very pretty and a different experience; what stood out above everything else was Ruth’s reception service, she welcomed us warmly and gave all the necessary directions. Also Juliana kept us updated via WhatsApp from arrival. The window above had outdoor grilles, letting mosquitoes in easily, which scared me because I’ve had reactions in the last days. The shower water also leaked and flooded the room.
