“Mon séjour à kolwezi”
The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the towels and sheets felt old and the place lacked sparkle.
The hotel's location in Kolwezi was ideal for our stay, but the television channels could be improved. We found the space to be perfect for our needs, but the TV options were lacking. Overall, the hotel's location was a major plus, but the TV selection was a drawback.
While we were impressed with the hotel's excellent breakfast offerings, we were disappointed with the professionalism of the serving staff, who seemed to be going through the motions. Overall, the hotel's breakfast was a highlight, but the service was lacking. We appreciated the effort the hotel put into providing a delicious meal, but the staff's attitude was a letdown.
